Day 4 Dogtober - FREE Pochita Amigurumi Pattern

Hello! I hope you are all enjoying Dogtober so far. Today's offering includes a free pattern. It's Pochita from Chainsaw man, He's not really a dog, but let's be real he has dog vibes. I've never read it because I am a bit of a weenie for gore and stuff of thst sort. This pattern is really simple with most of the detailing done in felt. Using fine cotton yarn he ended up about the length of my finger. Perfect for a cute little keychain or a tiny buddy to sit at your desk. I have not tested the pattern at a larger scale.

Pull the excess yarn up through the top of his body between rounds 15 and 16.
Tie off the yarn and leave to attach felt to.

  • Position the doll with the popcorn stitches on the bottom and the excess yarn tail coming out the end of his back.
  • Cut 4 felt shapes according to template below out of black felt. Make sure they are the width of your doll. Using fabric glue them in pairs, to make thicker felt shapes.
  • Using gorilla glue or another fast drying sturdy glue, attach the felt shapes, one across his back, and one on his butt. See images for reference.
Tail:
  • Cut out 2 small black triangles glue them on either side of the excess yarn tail. Trim any red yarn that is sticking out the end.
